i loved very good location and amenities, and so much more. the room i booked was cleaned and available with a confortable king size bed, a big shower, as example. this hotel was in an interesting area next to nipponbashi and dotonbori. good choice for exploring osaka.

Incredibly friendly hotel, non smoking room and perfect location. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Staff was willing to help, overall my stay was perfectly pleasant. You could walk to the shops and a market. The facilities were new and easy to use;))

Immaculately clean place & smart staff. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit, bangers and eggs was classic. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. The gardens were gorgeous here.
